Boris Alterman (born April 5, 1970) is an Israeli chess Grandmaster, advisor of the Deep Junior chess program. He plays for Rishon LeZion chess club. On the April 2005 FIDE list, he had an Elo rating of 2548, making him number 305 in the world, and Israel's number fourteen.
